Ingredients for the dressing:

2 Tbsp. of flax oil

2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. of tamari, extra for taste

Dash of sea salt

Directions:

1. In a steamer basket set over a pot filled with boiling water, add in the sliced zucchini, yellow wax beans, sliced radishes and sliced kohlrabi. Steam for 2 minutes or until slightly crispy. Spread onto a plate.

2. Steam the sugar snap peas for 1 minute. Transfer onto a plate.

3. On the plate, add in the chopped flat leaf parsley, sliced spring onion, chopped chives and toasted sunflower seeds. Toss well to mix.

4. Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, add in the flax oil, apple cider vinegar, dash of sea salt and tamari. Whisk well until mixed.

5. Pour the dressing over the salad. Serve immediately.
